Constructor Awards

AGC of California's prestigious Constructor Awards program recognizes our members' achievements for their skill, unique undertakings and ability to address the most difficult challenges contractors encounter. Only one prestigious "Constructor" sculpture is awarded in each category during AGC's "Oscar Night".

The finalists in this year's competition in the 6 categories:

• Excellence in Project Management - 2 categories
  -- Projects $5 million and below - Unger Construction Co.
  -- Projects above $5 million - Ford Construction Company, Inc.
• Innovation in Construction Techniques or Materials - Clark Construction Group – California, LP
• Contributions to the Community - Granite Construction Company
• Meeting the Challenge of the Difficult Job - 2 categories
  -- Builder classification - Hensel Phelps Construction Co.
  -- Highway classification - FCI Constructors, Inc.

Achievement Awards

Nominations for the AGC of California Achievement Awards, which honors individuals for their outstanding contributions to the construction industry are now being accepted for:

Excellence In Partnering Awards

The purpose of this award is to identify excellence in partnering, celebrate success, honor stakeholders, maintain momentum, and duplicate the process. The finalists in this year’s competition in the 3 categories:

• Excellence in Partnering - Projects Under $15 Million
