HMH Builders and Sutter Rocklin Family Practice partnered in July of 2008 to successfully complete a 12,000 square foot Medical Office Building tenant improvement project for Sutter Medical Foundation.
The once rural setting of the building’s location in Rocklin, California inspired the rustic interior finishes throughout the retrofit. By using some of nature’s finest elements, HMH was able to construct a Medical Office Building that mirrored the comfort and calming space of a mountain lodge.
The registration area was the main focus where stacked stone, large wood beams and an earth tone color scheme were used to create the desired aesthetic. A new vestibule was added to the exterior of the existing tilt-up concrete building, which included two new automatic door systems, plaster exterior and standing seam metal roofing.
This 1.5 million dollar project was completed in to December 2008. The project architect was Boulder Associates.
