Executive Leadership Development Program
AGC’s Executive Leadership in Construction Training Program is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of the Construction Industry. This program provides excellent professional development strategies and action plans designed to assist executives and future leaders with leading their organizations with a clear vision, adapting quickly to change, aligning talent to the meet organizational goals, and inspiring employees to do their best. More importantly, the customized assessment survey provides tools designed to assist the participants in transitioning from good to Great leaders.
This very popular program is taught by respected construction company leaders who offer real-world experiences that participants can relate to. Tuition includes 3 night hotel accommodations, all meals and materials. This class takes place at Pepperdine University, Villa Graziadio Center, located in Malibu, CA
