California added more construction jobs in December than any other state adding 4,800 jobs during the month, according to an analysis by AGC of America released Tuesday. California ranked No. 11 overall in the nation in terms of percentage change as construction employment in California climbed 3.9 percent, adding 21,300 jobs to year-end numbers compared to December 2010.
