AGC of California is now accepting submissions for the Constructor Awards, Achievement Awards, Construction Education Friend Award, Harry Eckstein Safety Professional of the Year Award, and Owner of the Year Award. This is your chance to celebrate your company’s top projects and honor the industry’s brightest leaders for their exceptional contributions. Awards will be presented at our Installation & Awards Gala, presented by Procore on January 30, 2026 at the Fairmont San Francisco.
AGC of California honors excellence in the construction industry in many ways and at many levels. Areas of recognition include long-term service to AGC of California and the field, innovation, safety, contribution to the community, and collaboration. All AGC of California members are encouraged to participate in the awards process by submitting their nominations.

CONSTRUCTION SAFETY EXCELLENCE AWARDS (CSEA)
The annual AGC of California Construction Safety Excellence Awards honors construction companies that demonstrate exceptional safety performance and a steadfast commitment to maintaining safe jobsites. The main event will take place during CONSTRUCT, held from October 7-10. One of my favorite events of the year. AGC of California’s CEF Board of Directors meeting and Installation Gala. Peter Tateishi, Erin Volk and the entire staff of AGC do an amazing job hosting this event . This year’s after party was hosted by Procore and Milwaukee, such a great time for everyone. Thank you AGC of California for allowing us to be a part of this event . AGC of California Celebrates Best of the Best in the Construction Industry.
The BuildOUT California ‘crew’ joined the AGC of California to celebrate their Annual Installation & Awards Gala held on Friday, February 2 at the historic Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, where we held a ‘pre-event’ reception at the infamous Tonga Lounge. BuildOUT California, with the support from ANCO IRON & CONSTRUCTION INC, couldn’t keep up with the demand for tickets to our sponsored tables for the event. Next year we’ll have 3 tables (or more)!
