Project Engage was created by the industry, for the industry. The goal is to provide leaders in construction with the leadership tools they need to become the employers of choice for the future.
I have been a part of other leadership training courses, but none hit the mark with how deeply one must go to understand who you are and what your tendencies might be. You have to know yourself to lead yourself, and you have to lead yourself before you can lead others.
My experience with Project Engage has been transformational in multiple areas of my life. Project Engage has gotten to me and made me want to learn and retain more of the information that we cover I review the materials constantly to make the improvements I work on become permanent in my life. I have found this experience very engaging (hence the name I guess). I have learned so much about myself and have become a better leader, husband, and father in this short Beta program. I look forward to participating in the full program in 2022.
My changes over these past couple of months have been exciting. I realized I wasn’t good at setting expectations with my team and communicating the direction we were heading. After identifying that, I am making a turn and feeling like the people that work for me are understanding my direction and expectations now, just within these few months.
