Bridging the Gap Together
We’re excited to celebrate Volunteer Month this April! In partnership with our contractor members, we’ll be hosting hands-on volunteer events throughout Sacramento, the Bay Area, the Central Valley, and Southern California.
Students are encouraged to get involved in a local event to gain real-world experience, build meaningful industry connections, and work side by side with our contractor members. It’s a great way to strengthen your skills, expand your professional network, and give back to the community you live in.

Tinnovation
Tinnovation is a design and build competition organized by AGC of California, where student chapters construct structures using canned food, which is later donated to charity. Participants must fundraise and collect non-expired canned goods throughout April Volunteer Month through community drives, charity events, social media campaigns, or another avenue. Projects are judged on creativity, craftsmanship, written statements, and use of cans. Winners will receive prizes! The initiative not only fosters teamwork and innovation but also supports food security in local communities. Stay tuned for additional information!
