Build California spent this March out and about spreading the word that the construction industry is THRIVING! With graduation around the corner, the team is doubling down on our efforts to educate and activate students interested in pursuing a career in an industry with job security and great benefits.
Across the state, Build California has been attending career fairs, trades days, and events where students can ask questions and receive resources that will help them achieve the next step in their construction journey. In March, Build California reached 1,835 students at the following events:

- Galt High School Career Fair
- CIEF Trades Day in Turlock
- Women in Construction Resource Fair at Century High School
- Terra Linda High School Career Fair
- Oakmont High School Career Fair
- Lincoln High School Career Fair
