S.I.R. Achievement Award
This award honors Skill, Integrity and Responsibility. To be eligible, the individual may be from the public or private sector and must have made an outstanding contribution to California’s construction industry. No employee or member of the association shall be eligible for the S.I.R. Award.
Supplier/Service Provider Achievement Award
This award honors the hard work and dedication of exceptional AGC of California Associate Members. To be eligible, an Associate Member must have been engaged in providing a product or service to the construction industry for a minimum of 15 years, be an AGC of California member in good standing or member-in-retirement. Qualified nominees will have made a significant contribution to the construction industry and be held in esteem by his/her peers.
Specialty Contractor Achievement Award
This award recognizes the significant contributions to AGC of California and the construction industry by individual member specialty contractors. To be eligible, a person must have worked in the construction industry for a minimum of 15 years, be an AGC of California member in good standing or a member-in-retirement of the AGC of California and be held in esteem by his/her peers. No Past President of the AGC of California shall be eligible for this award.
Contractor Achievement Award
This award recognizes the significant contributions to AGC of California and the construction industry by individual member contractors. To be eligible, a person must have worked in the construction industry for a minimum of 25 years, be an AGC of California member in good standing or a member-in-retirement and be held in esteem by his/her peers. No AGC of California Past President shall be eligible for this award.

S.I.R. (Skill, Integrity, Responsibility) Achievement Award
Tim Lindholm, Chief Program Management Officer, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Authority (Metro)
Tim Lindholm is the Chief Program Management Officer at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), where he leads 300 Program Management employees executing the largest transportation infrastructure program in the nation—a $35 billion portfolio of approximately 60 active rail, bus, and highway projects. His leadership spans transformative efforts such as the LAX/Metro Transit Center Station, Purple (D Line) Extension, and the East San Fernando Valley Light Rail Transit Project, along with major upcoming initiatives including the Southeast Gateway Line and Eastside Phase 2 extension projects. With nearly 25 years at Metro, Tim brings deep expertise in project and construction management, alternative delivery methods, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. A graduate of San Diego State University and a licensed California professional geologist, Tim has been instrumental in advancing Metro’s mission to deliver a world-class transportation system that enhances quality of life across L.A. County.
Specialty Contractor Achievement Award
David A. Jaeger, CEO (Retired), Nor-Cal Pipeline Services
David A. Jaeger, a second-generation California contractor, is the founder of Nor-Cal Pipeline Services. Born in Red Bluff, he gained hands-on experience working with his father at Jaeger Construction throughout the 1970s. By the 1980s, David was managing the family business, leading critical recovery efforts during the Yuba County Flood of 1986 and the Meridian Flood of 1997, while also expanding into material hauling and energy infrastructure projects, including the Green Leaf Power Plant. In 2007, David founded Nor-Cal Pipeline Services to meet the growing demand for specialized utility contractors. Under his leadership, the company became a trusted partner on major projects such as the I-405 Widening Project and played a vital role in disaster recovery efforts during the Tubbs Fire and Camp Fire. Known for safety, technical expertise, and a people-first culture, Nor-Cal has earned numerous industry awards and was named Sacramento’s FastestGrowing Company by Sacramento Business Journal in 2020.
Contractor Achievement Award
Ken Strosnider, President/CEO, W. M. Lyles Co.
Ken Strosnider is a construction industry leader with more than three decades of experience in water, utilities, and environmental construction. He joined W. M. Lyles Co. in 1989 as a Field Engineer after earning a degree in Construction Management from California State University, Fresno, beginning a career defined by steady growth and deep commitment to the company. Over the years, Ken advanced through nearly every level of the organization, including Division Manager of Central California and later Executive Vice President and Chief of Operations in 2017. In 2021, he was named President, and later President & CEO, leading the company through statewide expansion and continued growth across California. Ken’s leadership is grounded in integrity, safety, and quality, and he is widely respected for living the “Lyles Way.” Known for his hands-on approach, he prioritizes personal connection, walking jobsites, knowing employees by name, and mentoring future leaders. As W. M. Lyles Co. marked its 80th anniversary in 2025, Ken remains focused on empowering people and preparing the next generation to lead.
