Chase Center is setting a new standard for sports and entertainment venues worldwide. The landmark facility features an iconic 18,000-seat arena, replete with cutting-edge technology and premium amenities, as well as two 11-story office buildings. Home court to the six-time NBA champion Golden State Warriors, it will also accommodate over 200 concerts and other events annually.
Mortenson|Clark, a partnership of Mortenson Construction and Clark Construction Group, overcame significant challenges to complete the $1.4 billion, 2 million-square-foot project on an ambitious schedule. With an immovable public commitment to open for the 2019/20 NBA season, the joint venture committed four years in advance to a date-certain delivery of the arena. In the face of complicated scheduling logistics, the team set a new benchmark for virtual reality mock-ups and advanced 4D modeling.
