Contractor Membership

AGC’s contractor members coordinate and supervise a wide variety of projects, including the building of all types of public, private, commercial, and industrial structures, as well as roads, highways, and bridges. As an AGC contractor member, you can count on us to:

  • Deliver insights that help you make better business decisions.
  • Provide timely information, resources and connections related to labor relations, workforce development, and health and safety services.
  • Reinforce your commitment to social and cultural awareness efforts, through our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Task Force.
  • Provide unlimited access to industry information and resources.
  • Facilitate connections to products and services that support your business and drive success.

Specialty Contractor Membership

AGC’s specialty contractor members represent a unique and highly important segment of the overall construction community and economy. While some concerns are similar to those of general contractors, contractual agreements are often not with an owner or direct contracting authority. As a specialty contractor member, we help:

  • Connect with and develop beneficial relationships with prime/general contractors.
  • Develop opportunities for interaction between generals, subs, and other AGC member organizations through the AGC of California Specialty Contractors Council.

Associate Membership

AGC’s associate members are suppliers and professional service providers within the construction industry. We help your organization by providing:

  • Networking to professionals and organizations covering all aspects of the construction industry.
  • In-depth industry intelligence and education opportunities to help you make better business decisions and support your clients.

Industry Voices

For the past 100 years, AGC has helped contractors be better businesses, helped us be more professional and much safer. It also has been a place where we meet and build relationships with each other, the types of trusting relationships that all us need to grow and prosper as individuals and as companies...Like my father, I became a believer in the power of AGC then, and I remain as convinced today – the only way each of us can become better contractors is by building relationships, sharing best practices, and advocating together for our industry.
