Contractor Member
AGC's contractor members coordinate and supervise a wide variety of projects, including the building of all types of public, private, commercial, and industrial structures, as well as roads, highways, and bridges. They must have the skills, knowledge, experience and, where relevant, the organizational capability to carry out the work safely.
Contractors count on AGC to deliver resources that help them make better business decisions. As an AGC contractor you have unlimited access to industry information, resources, and the connections to products and services that support your business and achieve success.

Specialty Contractor Member
Specialty contractors represent a significant and distinctly different segment of the overall construction community and economy. Concerns of specialty contractors can be similar to those of general contractors, but they are also unique in a portion of the industry whose contractual agreements are often not with an owner or direct contracting authority. Connections with prime/general contractors are critical to the success of our specialty contractors, and the AGC of California Specialty Contractors Council works to develop opportunities for interaction between generals and subs.

Associate Member
As an associate member in any organization, we know it can be difficult to decide where your time (and money) is best spent. While AGC is an association of general contractors and therefore focused on all aspects related to the construction industry, the mission statement and message apply to you as associates as well. Associate members are suppliers and professional service providers to the construction industry -- Attorney's, CPA's, Insurance Providers, Bankers, Marketing or Consultants that do not perform on-site construction work. In addition to networking, Associate members participate to gain industry intelligence and education.
