California AB5 Injunction Denied: What It Means and How to Comply

The United States Supreme Court declined to hear the petition filed by the California Trucking Association challenging California’s Assembly Bill 5 ("AB 5"). This decision leaves in place the Ninth Circuit’s April 2021 decision allowing California to enforce AB 5 in the trucking industry.
