Entry Health and Safety Program
The Entry Safety & Health Professional (ESHP) program offers flexible, blended training through in-person, virtual, and
on-demand courses.
Participants manage their own schedules and track program requirements, with ongoing support from AGC of California staff.
Most participants complete the program within six months.

Participants go through a hybrid training experience that combines practical knowledge with real-world application, so they’re not just learning concepts—they’re gaining skills they can immediately apply on the jobsite.
