Microsoft Teams for Better Business Control
What if you could share files, schedule events, email, chat, call, video meet, even co-author documents with your entire team from a single interface? Well then, welcome to Microsoft Teams, the premier Office 365 tool that can make day-to-day operations in any business environment a breeze. This virtual workshop is hosted on July 25th and 27th from 12-2 pm PT.
Teams is a fully developed collaboration and communication control center that lets you handle almost all your daily work in a single program that will control all your other Office 365 apps and products. Built entirely around the concept of working in Team structures, and automating communications and file control for all team members, this may be the most important app to hit the business world in decades. This class will show you how to setup, organize, and use the Teams tools to simplify your daily workflow, and dramatically increase productivity on your projects.
ZenTek Consultants, a certified Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider, will show you the most effective means of using this software – which you probably already own – to let you and your teams communicate and run projects from a single, simple, interface. This four (4) hour program is delivered in two (2), two-hour long sessions that students can attend online, right from their own desk. A live instructor will explain the detailed functions, and address questions as the class progresses.
Recording: Registrants for this course will receive access to a recording of each session for 24 consecutive hours. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
