OSHA 10 Hour Outreach General
This 10-hour OSHA Outreach virtual instructor-led training (VILT) course is intended to provide instruction on a variety of general industry safety and health hazards to entry-level workers.
Target Audience: Workers, foremen, job supervisors, and anyone involved in the general industry.
OSHA recommends this volunteer outreach training as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1910. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job.
This training is conducted on two separate days per OSHA training guidelines.
Mandatory Topics (6 hours): Introduction to OSHA (1 hr.); Walking and Working Surfaces, including Fall Protection (1 hr.); Exit Routes, EAP’s, Fire Protection (1 hr.); Electrical (1 hr.); Personal Protective Equipment (1 hr.); Hazard Communication (1 hr.).
Elective Topics (4 hours): Ergonomics (2 hrs); Safety and Health Program (2 hrs.).

Department of Labor (DOL) OSHA Card will be mailed. Takes up to 2-4 weeks to deliver.
