As employee owners and a trusted partner, we approach our clients’ business like we approach ours – with a commitment to exceeding expectations and doing things right. Whether building an iconic sports arena or helping universities expand their campus, we help clients and partners achieve success. We have an esteemed local diversity and inclusion program that supports our local hire and workforce development goals, while also ensuring our project teams include and engage small, local and diverse business (UBE/XBE) organizations. For the last 6 years, PCL has tracked UBE/XBE participation and has achieved 25% of UBE/XBE spend. These partnerships enhance our innovative solutions while driving economic impact.
