AGC of California workforce development programming is powered by the AGC Construction Education Foundation (CEF), a 501(c)3.
Congratulations to our scholarship winners!
This year, AGC of California and the AGC Construction Education Foundation are not only awarding the Annual President’s Scholarship but also honoring the legacy of AGC Past President Richard “Dick” Moseman, who passed in August 2023, with the introduction of the Richard N. Moseman President’s Scholarship Award.
This $5,000 scholarship, doubled to $10,000 by Royal Electric Company to accommodate two exceptional candidates, recognizes outstanding AGC Student Chapter Officers for their leadership, service, and adherence to the core values of Skill, Integrity, and Responsibility. We proudly announce Gabriela Espinoza from UC Berkeley and Theint Zar from San Jose State University as the first recipients, celebrating their dedication and contribution to the values championed by Mr. Moseman and past AGC leaders.
