Inclusive Leaders Institute: Fall 2023
An exclusive executive leadership program.

AGC of California’s Inclusive Leaders Institute, powered by Granite Construction, is an executive leadership program that aims to equip organizational leaders with knowledge and skills to lead their companies toward a true culture evolution. The program is designed specifically for executive-level leaders in the construction industry. Participants will go through 4 instructor-led workshops and peer group sessions all of which will be 100% virtual. Applicants who wish to participate in the Fall 2023 program must complete the application to be considered for acceptance. Applicants will receive notification of next steps within two business days.

- October 24, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
- October 31, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
- November 14, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
- November 16, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
- November 28, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
- December 7, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
