The Calfiornia Consumer Privacy Act | Q&A
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, limits the information that businesses can collect about California consumers. In this webinar, Lauren Kramer Sujeeth and Alexandria Tindall Webb of the law firm of Rogers Joseph O’Donnell will discuss the CCPA’s requirements and how businesses can comply. Q&A will follow the presentation.

Presenter Bio’s

Lauren Kramer Sujeeth
Ms. Sujeeth co-chairs the firm’s White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group, and is a member of the firm’s Government Contracts, Complex Commercial Litigation, Attorney Liability and Conduct, and Construction Practice Groups. A seasoned trial attorney, Ms. Sujeeth’s practice focuses on litigation from the start through verdict. From 2016 through present, she was listed as a “Rising Star” among government contracts attorneys in Northern California by SuperLawyer®.

Alexandria Tindall Webb
Ms. Tindall Webb is a member of the firm’s Government Contracts, Cybersecurity & Privacy and Retail Industry Trade Regulation Practice Groups.

Ms. Tindall Webb has counseled clients regarding disputes with government entities before the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Government Accountability Office. She conducts legal research relating to government contract disputes and prepares related legal documents before the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Government Accountability Office.

Before joining Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, Ms. Tindall Webb was the Senior Law Clerk to the Honorable Lydia Kay Griggsby of the United States Court of Federal Claims and served on the leadership committee staff of Senators Harry M. Reid and Charles E. Schumer and on the staffs of Representatives Melvin L. Watt and Eleanor Holmes Norton. Ms. Tindall Webb has also served in Of Counsel and Associate roles in private practice, during which she worked on, among other things, government contracts litigation and antitrust matters.
