COVID-19 Update: New Statewide Curfew & Resources

AGC offers resources and information on Governor Newsom's November 19, 2020 limited statewide stay-at-home order directed at counties in the purple tier.

Governor Issues Statewide Curfew
Today, Governor Newsom issued a limited statewide stay at home order directed at counties in the purple tier of the “California Blueprint for a Safer Economy,” beginning on Saturday, November 21 at 10 p.m. and lasting through Monday, December 21 at 5 a.m.

This order requires that non-essential work, movement, and gatherings cease between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., except for those activities associated with the operation, maintenance, or usage of critical infrastructure or required by law. AGC of California has reached out directly to our local elected officials, agencies, and key stakeholders to ensure that additional restrictions will not be implemented locally. As of reporting, construction continues to be deemed essential.
