About the Instructors
L. Brent Garrett exclusively represents management in labor and employment matters. Mr. Garrett has extensive experience in traditional labor law matters, including collective bargaining. Mr. Garrett routinely appears before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Brent is experienced in single and multi-plaintiff and class action lawsuits covering employment cases, wage and hour, prevailing wage compliance, and traditional labor. Brent represents employers in multiple industries, including construction, petrochemical, manufacturing, food service, and the retail sectors.
