This course will walk the participants through the 2008 Guide to Partnering on Caltrans Projects. Participants will gain an understanding of why partnering is important for the success of their projects and have a clear understanding what the Caltrans Partnering Program now requires and why. Participants will also learn the rudiments of how to successfully implement partnering on their Caltrans construction projects.
