About the Instructors

Craig Fischer
Craig Fischer, Industry Culture Strategist (Procore Technologies)

Craig Fischer has spent his career understanding and unlocking the potential within leaders so they can lead and thrive in complex, ever-changing environments. Whether it’s building high-performing teams, coaching leaders and executives, or consulting with organizations to create and sustain resilient cultures, Craig has over 20 years as a consultant, coach, and people leader. He has supported leaders in technology, medicine, international logistics and operations, manufacturing, and construction.

Craig is an ICF-Certified Executive Coach, a university instructor and guest speaker, and a published leadership and training author. Craig currently serves as an Industry Culture Strategist at Procore Technologies, focused on transforming the construction industry through healthy culture and people-first leadership. Craig lives in Spokane, WA with his wife and daughter where he can often be found enjoying a great meal, exploring a hiking trail, or having a great conversation with friends and family.

Kyle Pennington
Kyle Pennington, Manager of Solutions Engineering (Procore Technologies)

Kyle Pennington has been at Procore for the past 7 years. As the manager of Solutions Engineering, he works with the 100 largest specialty contractors, general contractors, and owners globally. Prior to Procore, he was a Project Manager for several General Contractors over 12 years. An avid supporter of the AGC during his career, Kyle helped found both the Austin and San Antonio Young Constructors Forum. His past positions at the AGC include the Education and Research Foundation Board of Directors, the AIA-AGC Joint Committee, and the Construction Leadership Foundation National Steering Committee.
