New Caltrans Buy America Requirements Webinar

AGC of California invites you to a webinar discussing the impacts of Buy America on Caltrans projects. In early November, the general “construction materials” waiver expired, leaving the construction industry more questions than answers.

Join Ken Darby from Caltrans’ Office of Contract Administration and Chris Smith from AGC of California as they try to help answer some of the most pressing questions on these new Buy America requirements including a quick background of Buy America, impacts on specification requirements caused by the IIJA, and Caltrans’ Construction Procedure Directive on Buy America.
