Maria Guy
Maria Guy, Senior Partner (GiANT)

Maria has 20 years of construction industry experience and served
as a Vice President for a General and Mechanical contractor in New Mexico. She took her experiences to GiANT, an organization dedicated to unlocking the potential of people through leadership development consulting and training. She is a Senior Partner at GiANT working primarily with companies in the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering industries. As a VP, she performed key executive functions related to overall corporate administration and management while providing leadership and strategic direction for the company.

Maria has served on the boards of the Civil Engineering Department at the University of New Mexico and the Associated General Contractors of New Mexico (AGC-NM). In 2008, she became AGC-NM’s first (and so far, only) female president since 1948. In 2012, Maria was awarded the Skill, Integrity, and Responsibility (SIR) Award from the AGC-NM– presented to individuals dedicated to construction who have been instrumental in groundbreaking advancements for the profession.

At his core, LV believes the best leaders are continually becoming leaders worth following who fight for the highest possible good in the lives of those they lead.

LV’s experience ranges from Learning & Organizational Development, Leadership Consultant, and Culture Strategist in an array of industries, designing and implementing scalable culture shaping initiatives. His long-term love and high-level involvement in sports have inspired a team centric approach to his leadership style and coaching methodology. LV currently serves as the Director of Culture Strategy for Procore Technologies, most notably as the co-founder and director of Procore’s Culture Academy.

Chandler Brooks
Chandler Brooks, Director, Industry Partnerships & Alliances (Procore)

Chandler Brooks holds an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business and a bachelor’s in historic preservation from The Savannah College of Art and Design. With over 14 years in the industry, Chandler started his journey in architecture before moving to general contracting and focused mostly on high-rise adaptive reuse projects in Texas. An avid technologist, he spent his time between projects on operational technology standardization and enablement. At Procore, he spent 4 years managing the Regional Marketing team focused on industry engagement through relationship building, connection, and education at the local/regional level in the United States. Over the last two years he has focused on enhancing the relationships and partnerships he and the Procore brand have built in the Construction Industry to truly advance the industry through industry partnerships and alliance programs and initiatives.

Lisa O’Brien
Lisa O’Brien, Executive Culture Strategist (Procore)

Lisa O’Brien is a firm believer in the unlimited creative potential in every human being. She has focused her career on executive, leadership, and organizational development fueled by that perspective. Lisa is a McKinsey alumni who has over 20 years of international experience in executive development and organizational change working across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. She has mentored upcoming executive coaches from all over the world and is currently a Master Certified Coach candidate with the International Coach Federation. Lisa is also an international keynote speaker and published author. Lisa currently serves as Executive Cultural Strategist for Procore Technologies supporting the conversation around culture change in the construction industry. She resides in her home state of Colorado and enjoys nature, painting, photography, and diverse travel.
