Hear from Nick Pfeifer, a Project Manager at Nova Group Inc., as he explains why he joined the 2022 program.

“I signed up for Project Engage to learn strategies to encourage new people to join the construction industry. I was especially interested in networking with other construction industry leaders and sharing ideas about leadership, inclusivity, and efficiency in our industry,” he said.

And why did he seek out such an opportunity? “Construction is a fast-paced, high-pressure, team-based environment. Leadership development opportunities like Project Engage allow you to pause and evaluate your leadership strengths/weaknesses,” he said. “Understanding and developing your own leadership style allows you to connect and elevate the team around you.”
