The comprehensive 6-unit program focuses on the knowledge and skills that every supervisor must have to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment and materials. Units may be completed in ANY ORDER.
Unit 3 Planning & Scheduling is being offered virtually in three sessions from 9 am to 2 pm PT on May 17, 18, & 19, 2022. AGC of California is hosting this training in partnership with AGC of Alaska, Austin, and Oregon. If you are a member of a partnering association, please contact your AGC representative to obtain a code for use at registration to receive member pricing.

Registration fees for Unit 3 are $500 for members and $650 for non-members. Please note, the registration fees do not include the participant’s guide which is available to order and also as an e-book through Amazon Kindle.
About the Instructors
Developing talent, managing projects and creating successful teams is my passion. Raised in a family construction business in the Midwest, I have a strong work ethic and understand the importance of communication and team work. Problem solving and empowerment of people through collaborations are always a winning combination. My education and experience has given me the skills to lead organizations, assess issues, solve problems, create standard operating procedures, communicate solutions, mentor people, develop training operations and sustainable programs. I have developed, facilitated and assessed training programs (traditional, interactive and virtual) in the topics of project management, construction management, leadership, soft skills, communication, lean concepts, six sigma, site supervisory skills, materials and methods and more for various industries. I strive to be a positive and supportive team player and continually challenge myself.
