Lean Construction Blitz

Keeping up momentum & engagement.
Keeping the pull planning meetings going by gettting ‘un-stuck’. Join us for the fifth of seven sessions in the Lean Construction Blitz, Last Planner Reboot.
Sometimes even the best plans & processes can lose momentum. In this 1 hour ‘blitz’ webinar we will examine how to keep team engagement & efficient flow going in your pull planning meetings! Because each of our construction projects and teams are different, no two pull planning events are ever the same. Together we will examine critical aspects of the pull plan events, rules of engagement, and facilitating maximum ‘weigh-in’ & ‘buy-in’ among our project teams and trade partners.
Register for the full Lean Construction Blitz seven-part series, here. Pricing for the series is $170 for members and $340 for non-members per person. Individual sessions are $25 for members and $50 for non-members per person.
